The Lemon Wolf Cafe has been serving fresh fish, caught daily, homemade soups, bread and desserts since 2000. Original owners Rick and Susan Scheradella poured all of their time, love and butter into everything the recipes and the Cafe’ are today. Rick became ill and was no longer able to lead as the one and only Chef the Lemon Wolf has had. Susan created some amazing, unforgettable desserts that we hope to carry on for many years to come. After 18 dedicated years and Chef Rick’s sudden passing, the Lemon Wolf was put on the market and Susan made the tough choice to resign. We are now under new ownership. Jam Enterprise and Chef Jon Arriola are in full operation and doing an outstanding job transitioning the same recipes before adding some exciting, flavorful and authentic others. We are so excited for this new beginning. New owner and Lead Chef, Jon Arriola is adding tremendous flare and fun to the atmosphere. From our variety of great music, one of a kind desserts and secret seasonings, this has been and always will be, a “hidden-gem” along the shore.
