The Occupational Development Center (ODC) is a nonprofit social enterprise that specializes in providing employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities. Since its establishment in 1971 in Thief River Falls, MN, ODC has grown to 13 locations and serves 800 individuals annually throughout northern Minnesota.
ODC provides individuals with a multitude of services in life skills, vocational & employment training needs. ODC works with businesses in their communities to provide individuals with an option to experience work in a highly integrated setting. In addition, ODC produces a variety of products and subcontracted services at their production facilities. Products range from packaging, assembly, sewing, welding, wood processing and powder coating.
