The primary responsibility of the Outside Plant Engineer is to design, prepare, and maintains maps to accurately document CTC facilities. Stake and design new drop orders to meet install dates. Utilize GIS software to prepare layouts and detail drawings. Provides timely utility permits with accurate designs to accompany projects. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Telecommunications experience is desired by not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to acquire the appropriate training. Valid driver's license and good driving record.
