Cass Lake, MN. 56633 PROJECT TITLE: Retainer of Licensed Architect The objective of the Request for Proposal is to solicit bids from Licensed Architects to submit proposals to the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe (LLBO) to provide A&E preliminary design services. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To provide preliminary design and consultation services in connection with future designated construction projects including cost estimates and budget development. Architect will work closely with LLBO Tribal Development Division and other LLBO Divisions as necessary. PROPOSAL TIMELINES: Proposals must be received by mail or hand delivered by Friday, July 26, 2019 by 4:00 PM. Attn. Darold Madigan, 190 Sailstar Drive NW. Cass Lake MN. 56633. Proposals will be opened and evaluated by the LLBO qualifying team on Monday, July 29, 2019. Selection of Architect will be made by Wednesday, July 31, 2019. PROPOSAL GUIDELINES: Provide six (6) copies of the proposal in a sealed package identified as "Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Retainer of Licensed Architect". LLBO TERO Ordinance will apply to projects. Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe is a Federally Recognized Indian Tribe, all rules and laws of the LLBO shall apply to this proposal. The LLBO reserves the right to reject any or all bids thereof and to award the proposal to other than the lowest bidder if in the discretion of the LLBO the interest will be better served. QUALIFICATION FOR PROPOSAL: Experience working with Tribal Governments. Provide information on similar projects. Provide current references from former clients. Capacity to provide A&E and General Contractor Services. Native Preference will apply.
