Right of Way Supervisor Lake Country Power is a Touchstone Energy® cooperative with 49,000 services in northeastern Minnesota. We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Right of Way Supervisor in our Cohasset service center. The position is responsible for communicating and negotiating with property owners, governmental agencies, and private companies to prepare documentation, write centerline distribution descriptions and create sketches using land surveying principles to record powerline easements. Qualified candidates must have a degree in land surveying or be certified through the National Society of Professional Surveyors; 3 years of relevant work experience; and a valid MN drivers license. Preferred candidates will have additional experience in legal documents & real estate law as well as researching, acquiring and recording utility easements.
