Director of Plant Services RiverView Health, a community based Critical Access Hospital and health system in Northwest Minnesota, is seeking a full-time Director of Plant Services. Primary responsibilities include directing the activities of the department, oversight of building projects, capital planning, and safety compliance. Plant Services is responsible for providing technical services, repair, and maintenance necessary to ensure the safe and efficient operation of RiverView Health facilities. The position is responsible for maintaining a comfortable physical environment in accordance with policies, procedures, standards, and practices set by TJC, OSHA, Life Safety, the Minnesota Department of Health, and other local, community and governmental agencies. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or closely related field. Preferred candidates will also have a minimum of five years' experience in plant engineering preferably in a healthcare facility and three years in a leadership capacity.
