MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN The Duluth Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has an opening for a Maintenance Technician. We are looking for a self-motivated person who is thorough, reliable, and mechanically inclined; who is a problem solver that works well independently or in a team and has strong customer service skills. Typical duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining buildings and grounds, identifying repairs or hazards, performing routine maintenance/repairs, preparing units for re-rental, cleaning, and responding to service calls. A qualified applicant will have general knowledge of building safety, maintenance skills, knowledge of and ability to properly use maintenance tools, equipment and supplies.
