REQUEST FOR BID The St. Louis County Agricultural Fair Association is requesting design/build bids for the following barns to be built on the fairgrounds in Chisholm, MN. SCOPE OF WORK General terms and conditions Site grade modifications Foundations Design/Build barns Drain tiles . . . D. . Cattle/Sheep/Swine Barn - 60' wide x 198' long x 16' side wall height Option 1- Stick built Option 2 - Steel Option 3 Beam and Post Rabbit/Poultry/Goat Barn- 42' wide x 102' long x 14' side wall height Option 1- Stick built Option 2 - Steel Option 3 Beam and Post Bids are also requested for electrical work for the above barns. Electrical bids will be awarded separately. Conceptual drawings and specifications will be available by contacting the fair manager at 218-263-4256 or stlofair@ uslink.net. Bids are to be submitted no later than 5:00 PM September 22, 2021 via email, mail or person. Bids will be opened at a public meeting at 7:00PM September 22, 2021.
