Network Director I Ely Behavioral Health Network Currently hiring for a half-time to full-time Network Director. The Ely BHN is a collaborative network which includes area nonprofits, mental health providers, Public Health, healthcare providers, and community members. Our goal is to work together to expand access to, coordinate, and improve the quality of behavioral health care in the rural North East (NE) Iron Range communities of Babbitt, Ely, Embarrass, Isabella, Soudan, Tower, Winton and surrounding townships. The Network Director will work under the direction of the BHN Governance Group to imple- ment the network's goals and objectives. This position manages a team of staff to implement the BHN's work and is also responsible for grants management, financial management, reporting, networking, and other strategic initiatives. Preferred experience and qualifications: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products * Excellent written/oral comm, organization & time management skills * BA/BS degree * Experience in grants management * Experience working in and managing teams * Experience with budgeting, accounting, and financial policies Strong writing skills * Public speaking and facilitation * Familiarity with behavioral health, healthcare, and/or human services * Grant writing experience * Proficient problem solver BEHAVIORAL HEALTH NETWORK COMMUNITY CARE TEAM · ELY, MN Starting pay rate: $21/hour.
