Our vision is to create the highest level of hospitality, food, and beverage this area has ever seen, while building a strong team of professionals that support, and inspire each other. The Cranberry OVER SUPERIOR HERBSTER, WISCONSIN We are actively seeking qualified candidates to join our team at a leadership / food management level. Work alongside culinary trained hands-on owner /chef Lacey L. Lueth with over 20 years of experience. The purpose of this position will be to help advance the business in meeting our financial goals, and its goals in living into its values to create a sustainable, healthy way of life for our team. We feel confident with potential options for ownership, profit sharing, and creative freedoms, and a value of transparency, we will attract the right person to help us grow in areas of production cooking, catering, and onsite dining volume. Our kitchen currently creates from scratch dishes, locally sourcing products when available. We are a work in progress and have already seen success with a major need for handmade real delicious foods in the area. Position benefits to include: starting quarterly profit sharing, can include on-site housing as part of salary, four day work week, with potential for shared partnership in the future.
