NorthLakes Community Clinic provides integrated health care services for all members of the community. We provide medical, dental, mental health counseling, substance use disorder/AODA and recovery services counseling, chiropractic, patient pharmacy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and patient support services. This integrated care model reflects our commitment to the wellness of the whole person, working to provide coordination of care across multiple settings. Our providers work as a team to assure that all aspects of each patient’s care work together.
