Consumer Account Representative Lake Country Power has an opportunity for a full-time Consumer Account Rep in our Kettle River, MN office. The main responsibilities of this position include resolving a wide range of member inquiries regarding collections, membership transfers, bill payments, capital credit refunds, etc. This position also updates and maintains member billing records. Qualified candidates must have 2 years post-secondary education or have 2-5 years of related consumer billing work experience. Excellent customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; and superior verbal and written communication skills are also required.
