The North Shore Estates offers short-term rehabilitative care, out-patient therapy and Skilled Nursing services. We have 24-hour-a-day licensed nursing staff and offer therapy services seven days a week.
The North Shore Estates is one of the only 5-Star rated facilities in the area, recently purchased by Monarch Healthcare Management, offering long-term care and short-term rehab both as in-patient or out-patient. Located in the heart of West Duluth overlooking the St. Louis River and Munger Trail, we are located in between the Lake Superior Zoo and Spirit Mountain, on the bus line and close to the freeway.
