An eligible candidate should possess strong project management sklls; working knowledge of construction design specifications, bridge construction, road grading construction, asphalt paving construction, and right-of-way practices and procedures. The GIS Technician should have the ability to do safety inspections, possess strong organizational skills, have the ability to maintain clerical records, a filing system, possess knowledge of basic accounting principles, have strong mathematical and problem solving skills and the ability to assist with the selection and training of competent personnel.
